Overview
We developed a CRM system for ProfiDesign tailored to custom manufacturing processes. The solution links sales orders, order items, materials, cost estimates, production, assembly, and invoicing records. It allows employees to assign specific tasks and track their progress, while management has an up-to-date overview of orders, deadlines, workload, and results. The system includes assembly planning, document management, a change history, and the creation of order-specific documents. The entire workflow is thus clearly documented in one place.
